Optional Activity
The objective of this activity is to reflect on how your strengths can be intentionally used to enrich and support the six key life domains.
Instructions
1. Review your Core Strengths
Begin by revisiting the core strengths you identified during the Strengths Cards activity. Write them down as a reference for this exercise.
2. Take Your Time
There’s no need to rush through all six key life domains at once. Reflect deeply on each one, allowing yourself time to consider how your strengths can align with your life in meaningful ways
You may choose to focus on just one domain at a time, exploring it thoroughly before moving on to the next.
Alternatively, you can start with a domain that feels most pertinent or important to you right now.
3. Consider each of the six key life domains

Sophia uses her strength in empathy to listen attentively to her partner, improving their communication and strengthening their bond
- Personal Growth and Development

Reflection Prompts
For each domain, reflect on the following questions:
How would I like to use my strengths more intentionally to enhance this part of my life?
Action Steps
For each domain, identify one specific action you can take to integrate your strengths more fully into that area of your life.
- Example: In Health and Wellbeing, you might use your strength in discipline to establish a consistent exercise routine.
Document Your Plan
Use your journal to outline how your strengths will feature in each domain.
