Match Strengths, Skills and Talents to current challenges

  • For each challenge, choose specific strengths, talents or skills from your inventory that could help you address or navigate that challenge.
  • Think about how these strengths, skills and talents could be applied creatively or in new ways.

Create an “Empowered Action” Plan

  • Outline one or two practical actions you can take, using your strengths, talents or skills to overcome the obstacle.
    • This could include breaking down steps for using strengths, skills and talents in different scenarios or identifying support you may need.

Visualize Success

  • Visualize yourself successfully addressing these challenges using your strengths, skills and talents.

Reflect and reaffirm

  • How does it feel to approach challenges from this perspective?
